Owner-to-Founder Workshop

Build a company that outlives you !

Most workshops send you home with notes. This one sends you home with a diagnosis. You will spend a day with twenty-five other manufacturing owners, working through the six stages that decide whether a company can survive its founder: Foundation, Owner, Records, Governance, Edge, Standing. Not as a lecture. As an assessment of your own business, in the room, with the numbers you already know by heart. It is not a seminar, there are no motivational segments, and nothing is sold from the stage. You will be worked, not entertained.
  • Key Benefits: By the end of the day you will know three things you probably do not know this morning: Where your company actually stands against the six stages, scored, with the weakest one named. What it would cost you to raise capital or list today — and the difference between that and what it would cost after eighteen months of work. Which of your problems is actually the problem. Most owners arrive certain it is capacity, or people, or margins. It is usually none of those.

  • Duration: 1 Working Day (8 to 10 Hours)

  • Pre-Requisites: BEFORE YOU COME 1. Take the FORGES Readiness Assessment. Ten minutes, no documents. Do it a week ahead, not the night before. You will work from your own score all day. 2. Know four numbers. Last year's turnover. Last year's EBITDA. Your largest customer as a percentage of revenue. How many days the plant could run without you. Find them before you come. If you cannot find them, that is itself the finding. 3. Bring one real question. The decision you have been circling for months. The one you have not been able to discuss with your wife, your son, your banker or your CA. You will not be asked to read it aloud. Do not bring your balance sheet, your accounts, a presentation, or anyone from your team. Nothing is collected and nothing is verified. One owner per company. The person who can decide.

  • Deliverables: WHAT YOU TAKE HOME Your FORGES score, across all six stages, with the weakest one named. The cost of your own books. What raising capital or listing would cost you today, against what it would cost after the gaps are closed. Your real constraint, identified. Most owners arrive certain it is capacity, people or margins. It is usually none of those. One action for the next thirty days. Not a plan. One thing. Twenty-five owners who were in the room, and a way to reach them. What you do not take home: a solution. One day gives you a diagnosis. Fixing it takes longer, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.

  • Who Is This For: Owners of manufacturing companies between ₹5 crore and ₹50 crore who can make a decision without asking anyone's permission. One owner per company. Bring your numbers, not your deck. It’s not for anyone looking for leads, anyone selling to the room, and anyone who would rather be inspired than told the truth.
