Platform Membership Fee
₹5,900 / year (incl. GST) + 0.5% arrangement fee (plus GST) on the amount you invest in each deal
  • Membership is valid for 12 months from activation.
  • Syndicate / SPV investments only: 20% carried interest on net gains, payable at exit. Not applicable for direct investments.
  • You decide every investment yourself. You can invest directly or through a syndicate, where available.
